I Love June.

  Andi and I...we had wayyyy to much fun...hahahaha wow. I love you Chessie!


June is my favorite month of the year.

Yesterday(Friday) was David's open house. Thursday Matthew and I biked over the their house to help get ready for it. It's about 5 miles..i think it took us a little over 30 min. to get there. When you drive you don't notice all the hills,but when biking...you definitely notice them! I kept saying to Matt "I feel the burn!" anyways, it was fun. Cam came later that afternoon, as well as Andi and Marissa and a couple other people! It was alot of fun. Work does not feel like work when done with friends. I LOVE working with friends, its so much fun! Wednesday was Derek's 13th birthday, and someone brought over a cake on thursday..it was yummy. :) Thursday we stayed until 6 or 7. Danielle and I painted their front porch, that was cooool! It actually looks good too!
Friday the forecast said rainy, and thunderstorms. It didn't sound good. Someone(i have no idea who..ok..maybe it was me) had the bright idea that Matt and I should bike to the Eilerts again.Cam drove...we biked. I was still a little sore in places from the day before and i knew it was a bad idea after about the first 2 min...I think it took a little longer to get there than usual.. :p. We did odd jobs and then at about 1 or2 it started raining, and then POURING. We had to go home at 3 to clean, but by then it had stopped raining. The open house started at 4 and guess what... the sun was shining! It was beautiful out! God answers prayers.

We ate supper(walking tacos) and then went to play soccer, but that didn't last long, we went and played volleyball...and THEN we went back and played soccer for the rest of the night. Soccer was so much fun! AHH! It was awesome! We played until it was pitch black.Some people were wearing light up bracelets and anklets so that was nice. Although it was really hard to tell who was on what team!  There were many different incidents that happened while playing soccer, the funniest i think is when Micah was sitting under the tree next to the soccer field and i kinda sorta kicked the soccer ball and it landing in his plate of cake...yeah...that was NOT supposed to happen... After it got pitch black people started leaving the field,and then it was 2 against like 5....i was on the team with 2 people..yeah that didn't last long. We went on a walk down the road, that was fun. I walked with Elaine, she's leaving today for the WHOLE summer and we probably wont see her for a long time! : [
So anyways, it was a TON of fun! We came home by 11:30 and i went to bed by 12. I could not sleep, my feet hurt so bad! I was half awake half asleep during the whole night! It was strange, everytime i closed my eyes i felt like i was back on the soccer field and that i was going to get hit by the ball, and i dreamed that we were playing soccer till 4 in the morning, and i really wanted to go home! haha it was reallyyyy weird! I feel a little better today though. :)

Cam's open house is Next Saturday, we have 1 week! Yikes! Gotta go get working on stuff for that.
