Ok, so the last week has been super awesome and FUN! We had a little going away party on Monday night for Cameron and David. It was Alanna, Matthew, Danielle, Derek, Liesl, Wendy, Stacy, me..and of course.. Cam and David. We played soccer, ate lots and lots of Pizza and chips, scared chickens..and played alot of vicious games of Dutch Blitz. It was awesome! After it got dark we went for a walk down to Pooh Stick Bridge, and past it. We found 2 adorable little kittens, that then started to follow us and almost got ran over by a car..but they didn't. :] After the walk we stood in the rode and took crazy pictures. Cam gave Stacy and I a double piggy back ride..then a car came so we had to get off the rode. Also one time Stacy kinda jumped off my back and then Cameron dropped me..my hand hit a rock on the road..it didn't feel good! After that we made pyramids, and THEN we had to go home.
Tuesday morning we went Canoeing. We were supposed to go canoeing about a month, but it got canceled because of the weather. We went canoeing down the Huron, it took us about 4 1/2 hours to go 8 miles and we had a TON of fun. Mom and Dad were in one canoe, Mrs. E and Danielle in another, Matthew and Derek, David and Cameron, and Alanna and I. Jessi was in 3 canoes throughout the time, she's fun. The first to flip was Cam and David, followed by Derek and Matthew. I'm suprised Matthew and Derek didn't flip earlier, they totally didn't know how to steer and were going ALL over the river, they couldn't stay in the middle! It was hilarious! David and Cameron were a little better and flipped themselves on purpose a couple times, after the first accidental flipping. One time Cam and David had to get out of their canoe and pull everyone over a log that was blocking the river. They enjoyed that. I went wading when we stopped for a rest,and then i jumped out of the canoe once, just because... The water was AMAZING and it was an absolutly beautiful day! Alanna and i didn't flip over once! We made an awesome team. :]
CHANGE....ugh...not sure if i like it... Alanna went back to college today, and Cameron is going to college on FRIDAY!! WHAAAAAT? THIS CANNOT BE HAPPENING! I totally can't believe Cam is going to college, it will be soo weird! and this is Alanna's Senior year, it doesn't seem like 3 years since she's been at college... time is a weird thing... oh well...we'll have to get used to it..it'll be ME in 2 years..now THAT's scary.. :p
