Can't Wait for next year!

Saturday Morning we entered our projects into the exhibit barn. I was up all night cooking and finish my sewing project...yeah, i was REALLY tired. Saturday afternoon we entered our rabbits into the barn. I woke up around 8 on Friday morning and didn't go to bed till 7 on saturday night...i slept for 14 hours. Sunday morning we entered stuff into open class. Sunday afternoon Matthew, Cameron N. and I went and saw the Motorcross dirt bike show at the grandstand, it was pretty cool, but we only stayed for half of it..after 18 races it got a little boring. They had FOUR year olds out there on dirt bikes!


Monday we had Rabbit Showmanship at 9. I placed 1st in the Senior Division of Showmanship, Matthew placed 2nd in the intermediate division and Cam placed 10th in the Senior Division. Matthew's rabbits won Best of Breed and Best opposite sex. We were done by 2 or 3. Cam Matt and I went and watched a pig show...it was pretty much awesome! It was super crazy..haha a bunch of pigs charging around in a ring, while their poor owners try to follow them around and beat them over the head! Monday night was the Talent show. Matthew and Cameron N. played a violin duet. They won in their age division, then 54 Strings played The Good the Bad and the Ugly and placed 1st in their age division!

Tuesday Matthew and I went to the fair and rode a couple rides with Danielle, David and Derek. We also celebrated Jessi's birthday and ate cupcakes! Also on Tuesday my Grandma came down from the UP. :]

Wednesday night we went to the fair and watched the dog agility. Then Matthew, Cam and I hung out with David, Derek, Danielle, Stacy and Wendy at the fair until 10:30, it was fun. :]
Thursday morning was Performing arts, Matthew played a solo, and several other people from our club did stuff too. Thursday night Dad, Matthew, Cameron and I went back to the fair and went on some rides. Matthew and i went on the little kids ride called the Spinner, it was awesome, we spun REALLY fast and got REALLY dizzy. My favorite rides are the Scrambler and the Tilt-a-whirl!!


Friday afternoon Matt and I went to the fair and watched some horse stuff, and then Danielle, David, Derek, Matthew, Alanna, Cameron, Dad and I worked in the 4-H restaurant from 6:30-11. I LOVE working in the 4-H restaurant. I got job of making nachos and cheese, cheese fries, and chili cheese fries. I also helped my Dad with the fries and chicken baskets. We got behind on fry orders becuase people were ordering them faster than we could make them! It was non-stop busy until about 30 min. before closing time!
Saturday night we went and ate at the 4-H restaurant with Danielle, David, Derek, Stacy and Wendy, then we walked around for a while and then sat and talked until 9 and then we had a exhibitors meeting, and then at 10 we started packing up rabbits and cleaning the barn...Fair 2010 is history.


Fair 2011 here we come! My Mom already wants us to start working on fair projects..i started a cross stitch, but it probably wont be for the fair. :p
