I just recently found some pictures from the week Matthew and I spent at my grandparents in the UP. Makes me miss Summer.

First Snow. 11-10-11

Yesterday was 11|11|11, Superbowl, and i got to spend time with Lauren because she came to Superbowl with us!

 Last night/this morning was Word of Life Superbowl. We first went to a K-wings Hockey game. After the hockey game Ric Garland shared the gospel. There were games on the ice and TONS of little plastic balls that were being thrown onto the ice and then back into the crowd. There were 1500 people attending superbowl. I got to play Octoball out on the ice and that was fun. We left the Hockey stadium around 12:30 a.m. We headed to Western and got to use the indoor sports facilities there. I played soccer from about 1 a.m. till 3 with a break for pizza in there. By 3 we were headed to Battle Creek to a Bowling alley. We bowled and did some crazy stuff to win prizes. The coolest was when Liberty bowled through Lauren and my legs and had a strike! Matthew, Noah, Lauren, Kaleb, Liberty and I participated in the pyramid contest. The pyramid to stay up the longest won. We weren't falling anytime soon so they made us all only use one hand.  All the pyramids fell except for ours and Byron's. After what seemed like an eternity we finally collapsed. I'm pretty sure we stayed up for at least 5 minutes. We were on our way home by 6 and were at the church by 7:30 a.m. I came home and slept until 3:15 p.m.

I just wanna say i'm SO thankful for Andrew H. and Brandon and Christina M. for taking us. They are so awesome. Brandon and Christina and Brandon's brother Trent are newly saved. Brandon and Christina are helping out Pastor and Sandy in youth group this year and it's been so great getting to know them better.  It's so awesome to see new christians and their fire for God. I know in my life sometimes I take my salvation for granted. It makes me really think about my life. What am I doing for God? He gave me EVERYTHING! Who am I telling about God? Everyone needs to hear about God's love.
