Yep, first snow of 2012.
The roads today were absolutely awful. I think everyone forgot how to drive in snow, come on, it's Michigan people! I have never seen so many bad drivers as I did today.
First we almost got hit by a guy plowing the dollar store parking lot, he just about backed into us, he was CRAZY! I thought he was going to hit us like 3 times. Then while Matt and I were waiting in the car someone almost backed into someone else, there were INCHES between them.
After that my Mom and I were on 52, a pretty main 2 lane rd, and this guy was heading straight for us in OUR lane trying to pass 2 people. Can you say dumb? Thankfully we slammed on our brakes and he got over in time...it was pretty scary.
Yeah so other than almost dieing it was actually a great day [: Did some cleaning this morning, then went with Mom and Matt to Wizard of Oz practice and got to see some of my friends there. Drama people are pretttyyy funny, crazy and kinda awesome.
Mom and I went to goodwill and found a black dress I need for All-State Orchestra next week, for $9! Can't beat that. Thrift stores are THE best. Why buy name brand clothes for regular price when you can find the same thing in a thrift store for WAY less. I love finding really nice stuff in thrift stores, granted there are alot of yucky things in the stores, but after digging through and finding something nice for 80% less than you would find it at the store, it's pretty rewarding.
