Tintin and War Horse

Over Christmas break I went with some friends to see Tintin and War Horse in theaters. Both were really awesome movies. 

Tintin is a animated film based off the comics by Herge. It was directed by Steven Spielberg, and i must say the animation was realistic and amazing.

When we were kids we got magazines in the mail that ran Tintin comics, when we heard this movie was coming out we were all excited.

The movie was exciting and amusing. It definitely lived up to our expectations. Cameron of course came out of the theater saying it was the "Best" movie...although he does say that after almost every movie he sees in theater, i must admit, it was Good.

We went to see War Horse on New Years Eve, it had already been showing for several days but we had to wait in a super long line and the theater was packed. This was also a movie directed by Steven Spielberg. 

Albert and Joey

This was a really good movie with a great soundtrack.  SPOILER ALERT* Much to my surprise, the horse doesn't die in the end!*  It is a real tear jerker though and LOTS of people(and horses) die. It does have a happy ending and was a movie i'm glad i got to see in theaters.
