Growth in Christ.
My PT Coach my 4th through 6th grade years in Olympians taught me the importance of quiet time and growth. If you're not "growing" in your relationship with God, you're "shrinking" There is no fence with God. You're either a Child of God, or a Child of Sin. You're either Growing, or you're Not.
I'm not saying you'll never make mistakes, we're human, we all sin.
"If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us." 1 John 1:8
Life is hard sometimes, there are good days and bad, the line of growth might not be straight up, But as you look back on your life you should see a definite change and growth.
“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” John 16:33
This past year I have realized how important and amazing it is to start, and end each day with God. Whether it's reading the Bible or praying, time with Him is essential for growth.
