A year ago i wrote a post about Word of Life Teens involved-Learning to serve
I am currently in Florida at the Word of Life Bible Institute. Yesterday was the Area Teens Involved in eastern Michigan. It was my first year since 2007 not being there. But what I was doing yesterday was something that I had been prepared for by Teens Involved. Five other girls and myself ministered through music and testimonies at a Ladies tea at a local church yesterday afternoon. As i was on stage playing my viola with the other girls singing and playing "Your great name" it hit me. 1 year earlier I had been on a stage playing for judges who gave me helpful instruction on how to serve and minister...and here I was doing it. Not only that but at the same time I was doing this yesterday there were many students in Michigan right where I was last year...where will God take them next year? I never could have imagined where I would be. I look back on my life and see all the things God used to bring me to where I am now...It blows my mind...
Ephesians 3:20 has become so real to me " Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us"
:)and that's what teens involved is for. this encouraged me much! miss you. :)
